The paper is concerned with a two-phase model which involves terms that are non-local in space. After establishing a separation from singularities property, the authors prove the regularity and strong convergence to equilibria of solutions. This represents a generalization of an earlier study by the authors [Discrete Contin. Dyn. Syst., Ser. S 4, No. 3, 653--670 (2011; Zbl 1209.35022)].
