[For part I see the author in ibid. 40, No. 1, 51-75 (1988; Zbl 0662.30044).] The author considers Schottky groups of genus 2. These are Kleinian groups which are free on two generators with one region of discontinuity. In terms of the two generators, the author has classified the groups into different classes depending on the geometrical nature of the two generators. He considers those of real type and in particular the moduli space for them. The analogue of the Teichmüller group is the automorphism group of a free group with two generators and this is known in terms of generators and relations by a theorem of J. Nielsen. The author uses geometric data to describe the spaces and determines in terms of this data fundamental domains for the action of the Schottky modular group.
