Supposing the existence of the solutions to the incompressible Navier-Stokes system in\break C([0,T];\(L^d(\Omega)^d\)) where \(\Omega\) is a bounded Lipshitz domain of \(\mathbb{R}^d\) and the boundary conditions are of Dirichlet-Cauchy type, the author proves also the uniqueness of these solutions. The demonstration is backed by the Shen theorem. Some appropriate estimates are given for the linear non autonomous Stokes problem.
