The problem of the number and distribution of limit cycles for planar differential systems is a very important topic. The authors give some sufficient conditions for the maximum number of limit cycles of planar systems with double small parameters. Furthermore, using the obtained results, they study the number of limit cycles that bifurcating from a period annulus under polynomial perturbations of degree \(n\). The authors consider the number of limit cycles for a three dimensional differential equation with multiple small parameters.
