EP-quasinilpotent decomposition and its generalizations (Q2240438): Difference between revisions

The writers of this paper extend the EP-nilpotent decomposition and the core-EP decomposition of a square complex matrix to those for linear bounded operators. Then, they generalize these decompositions to the EP-generalized Drazin decomposition, group-quasinilpotent decomposition, and group-generalized Drazin decomposition. Using these decompositions, they then define and characterize new partial orders and pre-orders on the set of all generalized Drazin invertible bounded linear operators.
