\textit{G. David} and \textit{S. Semmes} [Astérisque 193, 145 p. (1991; Zbl 0743.49018)] investigated relations between boundedness of CZ operators with nice kernels into \(L_2(E, H_d)\) and some geometric and analytic properties of the \(E\subset \mathbb{R}^n\) of Hausdorff dimension \(d< n\). the basic geometric properties is described using the Calteron packing condition while those of analytic relate to local approximation by Lipschitz graphs. The author extends some of his results to the case of a Borel subset \(E\) of the space \(\{(x,t); x\in\mathbb{R}^n, t\in\mathbb{R}\}\) equippes by the (parabolic) pseudo-metric \(d((x,t),(y,s)):=\| x-y\|_2+ (s- t)^{1/2}\) and a (surface) measure \(\sigma\) is given for a Borel set \(S\subset\mathbb{R}^n\times\mathbb{R}\) by \[ \sigma(S):= \int_S d\sigma_t\,dt, \] where \(\sigma_t\) is in the \((n-1)\)-dimensional Hausdorff measure of \(F\cap\mathbb{R}^n\times \{t\}\). The author's result concerns uniformly rectifiable hypersurfaces \(E\) with repect to the parabolic metric (an analog of the UR surfaces in the David-Semmes monograph). The basic result relates \(L_2\)-boundedness of CZ operators with nice kernels in \(L_2(E,d\sigma)\) to parabolic Corona type decomposition of \(E\).
