    The following system of chemotaxis with indirect signal production \begin{align*} u_t & =\nabla\cdot(D(u)\nabla u-S(u)\nabla v)+f(u),\\ v_t & =\Delta v-a_1v+b_1w,\\ w_t & =\Delta w-a_2w+b_2u, \end{align*} is studied in bounded domains with the homogeneous Neumann conditions. Under suitable assumptions on diffusion coefficient \(D(u)\), cross-diffusion term \(\nabla\cdot(S(u)\nabla v)\), logistic type source \(f(u)\) and coefficients \(a_1\), \(a_2\), \(b_1\), \(b_2\), the global in time existence and boundedness property of solutions is proved.
