S-paracompact spaces (Q2495671): Difference between revisions

The author introduces a generalized notion of paracompactness; he calls a topological space \(S\)-paracompact if every open cover of the space has a locally finite semi-open refinement. \(S\)-paracompact spaces are characterized and their basic properties are studied.
