\textit{K. Ebrahimi-Fard} and \textit{F. Patras} [Proc. Lond. Math. Soc. (3) 119, No. 3, 814--840 (2019; Zbl 1486.16036)] showed that the moment-cumulant relations for free probability can be encoded thanks to a unshuffle bialgebra, which induces three exponential-like maps from infinitesimal characters to characters: the showed that these maps encode the relations between free cumulants and boolean cumulants. In this paper, this setting is extended to the context of bi-faced probability. Firstly, a category of bisets is introduced, which morphisms are organized as a Möbius category of translucent words. This is used to define a convenient unshuffle bialgebra. Then, biBoolean moment-cumulant relations are given by right half-shuffle exponential map, bifree moment-cumulant relations by the left half-shuffle exponential map, and and type I bimonotone by the full exponential map.
