The authors start from the observation that high frequency plasmas are comprised of moving electrons and ions. Due to the greater inertia of the ions, it is reasonable to assume that only the electrons are involved in motion and that the ions provide a uniform background of positive charge. Away from the center of mass, the electric field generated by the moving electrons has uniform amplitude and oscillates. This electric field will periodically repel and attract the elastic particles to the center, and the net effect of this phenomenon is to create a repulsive force due to the non-uniform strength of the electric field. This phenomenon is modeled as three dimensional repulsive Hookean elastodynamics and the authors want to give a mathematical reformulation of this phenomenon. The authors apply Hodge's decomposition to decompose this system into two subsystems: one for incompressible components and the other for compressible components. Also, for the global smooth solutions they introduce the profile and the norm of solutions and deduced the weighted \(L^2\) norm of profiles, including the weighted estimates with high derivatives and lower derivatives. Finally, the authors handled \(L^\infty\) decays for incompressible components and compressible components, in terms of weighted norms
