The paper deals with a Lotka-Volterra type diffusive competitive system with delays and fixed moments of impulsive perturbations. Such equations model population systems with environment changing in time subject to short-term changes (impulses) during their evolution. It is supposed that the given system is with almost-periodic data (including the impulse moments). The existence and uniqueness of positive almost periodic solutions is established comparing the solutions of the given system with the maximal and minimal solutions of suitable nondelayed impulsive systems. Further, using Lyapunov functions, a new sufficient condition is obtained for the global exponential stability of the unique positive almost periodic solution.
