The paper is in continuation of the investigations by the author and Arai on the ground state of energy of the standard spin-Boson Hamiltonian by a non-perturbative method. In this paper, the author concentrates on the expression of the ground state energy of the same model in the case of both massive and massless Bosons. This is all the more important for the massless Bosons, since the usual perturbation theory cannot be applied in this case. By using the expressions (both for massive and massless Bosons) for the ground state energy by non-perturbative method, the author obtains a necessary and sufficient condition with respect to a parameter \(G\in[-1,0]\) such that an expression with \(G\) which leads to the ground state energy, (the minimum of the spectrum of the referred Hamiltonian. A necessary and sufficient condition for the unique existence of \(G\) for the ground state is obtained. [The author confesses that he has not yet succeeded to determine such a \(G\)].
