This paper gives rigidity results for Hamiltonian actions of compact Lie groups on Poisson manifolds. Let us recall that the question of global rigidity is an important problem. It is known that differentiable actions of compact Lie groups on compact manifolds are rigid. Moreover, when the manifold admits initial geometrical structures (symplectic or Poisson manifolds for instance), it is required that the rigidity results preserve these geometrical structures. In this work, the authors study local and global rigidity for Hamiltonian actions of semi-simple actions of compact type. Their results are proved via a Nash-Moser normal form theorem for closed subgroups. Classical rigidity results for differentiable actions are also reviewed.
