The paper under review is an application of the work done by \textit{E. Riehl} [New York J. Math. 17, 173--231 (2011; Zbl 1222.55016)] developing an ``algebraic'' characterization of fibrations and cofibrations. A general categorical construction gives functorial factorizations on model categories that are not necessarily cofibrantly generated. The functor sending a map to its right factor is a monad, and a map is a fibration if and only if it is an algebra over this monad. When this holds, The left factor functor is a comonad, and the left factors are coalgebras and hence trivial cofibrations. The authors apply this to construct a Hurewicz-type model structure on categories enriched, tensored and cotensored over spaces. This fixes a mistake in an earlier attempt to do so, see \textit{M. Cole} [Topology Appl. 153, No. 7, 1084--1099 (2006; Zbl 1097.55013)]. On spaces, \textit{A. Strøm} [Arch. Math. 23, 435--441 (1972; Zbl 0261.18015)] constructed a Hurewicz-type model structure but many point-set arguments there don't easily generalize.
