The authors prove the following result: Theorem. Let \(A\) be a hereditary algebra. There exists a one-to-one correspondence between the multiplicity-free tilting objects in the cluster category \(\mathcal C_A\) of \(A\) and the multiplicity-free tilting modules \(T\) over the duplicated algebra \(\overline A\), such that all nonprojective-injective indecomposable summands of \(T\) lie in the left part of the category of \(\overline A\)-modules. The correspondence claimed in the above theorem is given explicitly.
