The authors consider the following nonlinear boundary value problem with functional implicit impulses and nonlinear boundary conditions \[ \left\{ \begin{aligned} & u''(t)= f(t,u(t),u'(t)), \quad t\in[0,T]\setminus \{t_1,\ldots,t_p\},\\ & g_1(u(0),u(T))=0, \quad g_2(u(0),u(T),u'(0),u'(T),u)=0,\\ & I_k(u(t_k),u(t_{k}^{+}))=0,\quad M_k(u(t_k),u(t_{k}^{+}),u'(t_k),u'(t_{k}^{+}))=0, k=1,\dots,p. \end{aligned}\right. \] The existence of solutions is proved lying between a pair of well-ordered lower and upper solutions. An example illustrating the obtained results is also presented.
