In this paper, the authors prove that there exists an isomorphism between the split Grothendieck groups of \(2\)-cluster tilting subcategories using the index and the opposite index. Moreover, they obtain an isomorphism between the index Grothendieck groups of \(n\)-cluster tilting subcategories. In particular, they show that the split Grothendieck groups of any two \(2\)-cluster tilting subcategories are isomorphic. Finally, they prove that \(c\)-vectors have the sign-coherence property and establish two formulas for the computation of \(c\)-vectors.
