On the complete classification of unitary \(N = 2\) minimal superconformal field theories (Q443865): Difference between revisions

The most significant applications of the \(N=2\) superconformal structure lie in the compactifications of the heterotic string. The study of the classification of unitary \(N=2\) superconformal field theories is a very meaningful work. In this paper, the author realizes the complete classification of unitary \(N=2\) minimal superconformal field theories. The author presents Gannon's classification of partition functions, and analysis consequences of Gannon's classification. The author finally obtains the main result: the existence of a unitary \(N=2\) minimal model for each possible partition function.
