The title refers to finite groups G, containing a proper normal subgroup N, such that each element x outside N is conjugate to all elements in xN. Some results about such groups are proved, mostly when they are p-groups. E.g. when G has class two, the Schur multiplier of G is determined.

The title refers to finite groups G, containing a proper normal subgroup N, such that each element x outside N is conjugate to all elements in xN. Some results about such groups are proved, mostly when they are p-groups. E.g. when G has class two, the Schur multiplier of G is determined.
