The following review concerns Part I [ibid. 250, No. 12, 4367--4408 (2011; Zbl 1225.35097)] and this Part II of the publication: The authors establish for a broad class of quasilinear elliptic equations of the form \[ \operatorname {div}{\mathcal A}(x,u,Du)={\mathcal B}(x,u,Du) \] that the only entire \(C^1\)-distributional solutions are constants. The basic assumptions are weak ellipticity conditions \({\mathcal A}(x,z,\rho)\cdot\rho\geq 0\), \({\mathcal A}(x,z,0)={\mathbf 0}\), \({\mathcal B}(x,z,\rho)z\geq 0\), \({\mathcal B}(x,0,0)=0\) for all \(x,\rho\in {\mathbb R}^n\), \(z\in{\mathbb R}\) and the property that \({\mathcal A}(x,z,\rho)\cdot\rho+ {\mathcal B}(x,z,\rho)z= 0\) implies \(\rho={\mathbf 0}\) or \(z=0\). Furthermore, so-called large radii conditions are added. A typical, but very special example is \(\Delta_p u=|u|^{q-1}u\) with \(p>1\) and \(q>p-1\). The special case \(p=2\) and \(q>1\) goes back to Haim Brezis. Part I contains six ``main Liouville theorems'' in the terminology of the authors, which give sufficient conditions that the only entire solutions are constants. The weaker solvability concept of \(W^{1,1}_{\text{loc}}(\mathbb R^n)\) is also addressed. The authors give various examples showing that their conditions are sharp. Part II weakens the property mentioned above and allows for equations of the form -- again a simple special case -- \(\Delta_p u=|u|^{q-1}u |Du|^l\) with \(p>1\), \(q>\max\{0,p-l-1\}\), \(l\geq 0\), \(l<p-1+{{p-1}\over{n-1}}\). Already, this special case strengthens work by Filippucci, Pucci, and Rigoli.
