The paper addresses a system of nonlinear kinetic equations for a material medium self-interacting, within the framework of the mean-field approximation, through a gravity potential, with diffusion of the matter. The equation of state for the pressure is taken as per the Fermi-Dirac statistics. The main problem addressed in the paper is the proof of the global-in-time existence of solutions to the initial-value problem for this system.
