In this pleasing paper a partial geometry with \(s=4\), \(t=14\), \(\alpha =2\) is described using the Curtis MOG, in terms of the Steiner system S(5,2,24). The geometry was constructed by \textit{W. Haemers} [Finite geometries and designs, Proc. 2nd Isle of Thorns Conf. 1980, Lond. Math. Soc. Lect. Note Ser. 49, 119-127 (1981; Zbl 0463.05025)] using the Hoffman-Singleton graph, as noted.
