The paper is a mathematical consideration of rational rotation-minimizing frames on polynomial space curves of arbitrary degree. Since the authors claim that these curves are of interest in applications such as spatial path planning, computer animation, robotics, and swept surface constructions, it would not be so bad if the presented theoretical results were more or less adapted to some concrete applications.
