The first author [Commun. Math. Phys. 62, 35--41 (1978; Zbl 0385.60089)] proved a conjecture raised by Wehrl which states that minimizers of the entropy are 1-dimensional projections onto any coherent states. In the mentioned paper this conjecture extended to Bloch \(\mathrm{SU}(2)\) spin-coherent states for every angular momentum. The main result of this paper to prove this conjecture. Moreover, it has been established that coherent states minimize any concave functional, not just entropy.
