This paper is concerned with some regularity issues related with the regularity theory for two phase problems governed by uniformly elliptic equations with distributed sources. The authors construct a viscosity solution of a class of two-phase free boundary problems associated to a fully nonlinear equation with distributed sources. A crucial role in this approach is played by an adaptation of the Perron method. The main results of this paper extend those obtained in the homogeneous case, as well as those driven by divergence form operators with right hand side.
