The full automorphism groups of the compact, unbordered, non-orientable Klein surfaces (the non-orientable versions of closed Riemann surfaces) of topological genus 3, 4 and 5 have been classified in a paper by \textit{E. Bujalance, J. J. Etayo} and \textit{E. Martínez} [Rev. Mat. Complut. 27, No. 1, 305--326 (2014; Zbl 1288.30042)]. The present author obtained a classification for genus 6, and in the present paper he gives the classification for genus 7. All these results use non-Euclidean crystallographic groups (their presentations and signatures) to uniformize finite group actions on Klein surfaces. As the author notes, M. Conder determined by computer-based methods the finite groups of symmetric crosscap number up to 65 (published on his homepage) where the symmetric crosscap number is the minimum genus of a non-orientable, unbordered Klein surface on which a finite group acts (there are four groups of symmetric crosscap number 7), and the groups of crosscap number up to 7 are basic for the present paper.
