The author formulated and proved new necessary and sufficient conditions providing the emptiness or non-emptiness of the various cones of GSVs (generalized strong(strict) support vectors). In addition, the conditions simultaneously ensuring the emptiness of some cones of GSVs and non-emptiness of the other ones is analyzed. A complementary question considered in the paper is revealing a specificity of the degenerate linear separability for the different (convex and closed(open)) sets by the linear separability criterion.
