The phase portraits in the Poincare disc of autonomous systems of ordinary differential equations of the second order with uniform isochronous centers are constructed. This class has the form \(\dot{x}=-y+xf(x,y), \dot{y}=x+yf(x,y),\) where \(f(x,y)\) is a homogeneous polynomial of degree \(n-1\) when \(n=2,\dots,5,\) and \(f\) has only simple zeroes.
