In the paper, the authors discuss the relationship of the irreducible elements, square-free elements with the Jacobian Conjecture and a domain A. Finally, the authors pose two aspects for further research. ``One is to investigate the stability of square factorial closedness under various operations and extensions''. ``The other is the relationship between square factorial closedness and seminormality.''
