The author presents new examples of integrable dynamical systems of differential geometric origin, which is based on a construction of a canonical Hamiltonian structure for geodesic flows of Carnot-Carathéodory metric via the Pontryagin maximum principle. The author analyzes the geodesic flow of the left-invariant Carnot-Carathéodory metric on the 3-D Heisenberg group as a super-integrable Hamiltonian system.
