A collection of orbits is a locally small class of objects in a simplicial category satisfying certain technical conditions. \textit{E. Dror Farjoun} [Proc. Am. Math. Soc. 101, 181--189 (1987; Zbl 0661.55017)] has constructed model categories associated to collections of orbits, exemplified by equivariant model structures on categories of diagrams. By a result of \textit{W. G. Dwyer} and \textit{D. M. Kan} [Indag. Math. 46, 147--153 (1984; Zbl 0555.55019)], if a collection of orbits is a set then then the associated model category is Quillen equivalent to a simplicial presheaf category. In this paper the author constructs relative simplicial presheaf categories associated to simplicial categories with suitable subcategories, and he then shows that the model category associated to an arbitrary locally small collection of orbits is Quillen equivalent to a relative presheaf category.
