The author proves that any net of linear maps from the space \({\mathcal D}({\mathbb R}^n)\) of infinitely differentiable functions with compact support in \({\mathbb R}^n\) into the space \(C^{\infty}({\mathbb R}^m)\) of infinitely differentiable functions in \({\mathbb R}^m\), satisfying certain growth conditions with respect to the net parameter, gives rise to a linear map from \({\mathcal G}_C({\mathbb R}^n)\) into \({\mathcal G}({\mathbb R}^m)\) which can be represented as an integral operator. Here \({\mathcal G}({\mathbb R}^m)\) is the usual quotient space of Colombeau simplified generalized functions, while \({\mathcal G}_C({\mathbb R}^n)\) denotes the subspace of elements of \({\mathcal G}({\mathbb R}^n)\) with compact support.
