Classified are the (locally) finite flag-transitive geometries of rank \(n\geq 4\) belonging to the following diagram \[ (A_{n- 2}.L^*.L) \bullet\diagrbar\bullet\cdots \bullet\diagrbar\bullet\overset{L^*}\diagrbar\bullet\overset{L}\diagrbar\bullet. \] Geometries in the conclusion are truncated projective geometries, truncated affine grassmannians, dual Witt designs for the Mathieu group \(M_{23}\) and truncated dual Witt designs for \(M_{24}\).
