Asymptotic Lefschetz fixed point theory for ANES(compact) maps (Q1032594): Difference between revisions

The first part of the paper is devoted to presenting some definitions and previous results concerning Lefschetz spaces, the generalized Lefschetz number of endomorphisms and fixed point theorems for such maps. In the second part several Lefschetz fixed point theorems for compact absorbing contraction and approximate compact absorbing conctraction maps are presented. The results presented here were motivated by the ideas of Granas, Górniewicz and Dugundji.
