Non-commutative and structural notions of torsor are related by the machinery of Tannaka-Krein duality. In the present paper, the authors use non-commutative torsors (equivalently, two-cocycles) for a Hopf algebra to twist comodule algebras and prove a theorem that affords a presentation by generators and relations for the algebras obtained by such twisting.
