The authors develop the theory of pseudodifferential boundary value problems to apply them to the theory of selfadjoint extensions of symmetric operators. The operators involved have coefficients in scales of Sobolev spaces and their generalizations to Besov and Besov-potential spaces, while the admissible domains have boundaries parametrized by functions in some Besov spaces.
