In this paper, the authors proved that the velocity of Leray-Hopf solutions to the axially symmetric three-dimensional Navier-Stokes equations has an a priori bound that is proportional to the inverse square of the distance to the rotational axis, modulo a half logarithmic term, under suitable assumptions on initial data.
