The author considers linear discrete-time systems affected by a mixed structure of LTV, LTI and parametric disturbances. An augmentation procedure across a number of frequencies leads to a necessary and sufficient condition for robust stability in terms of the structured singular value. Sufficient conditions based on a scaled small gain are also considered. Illustrative examples complete the well readable paper which is of interest for scientists working in stability theory.
