The article is concerned with the two-phase Stokes problem describing two immiscible fluids separated by a smooth interface. Slip between the two phases is allowed. An isoparametric unfitted finite element approach with generalized Taylor-Hood elements is proposed for numerical approximation. An inf-sup stability property is proved, with a constant independent of various physical parameters. This implies stability and order-optimal error estimates. Numerical experiments in 2D and 3D illustrate the results.
