A given structure is asymmetric if its automorphism group is trivial. Such structures are usually enumerated by Möbius inversion techniques. The author introduces an asymmetry indicator series and applies it to the systematic classification and enumeration of certain asymmetric structures. Illustrations include rooted trees.
