A \(k\)-arc in \(PG (r,q)\) is a set of \(k\) points, no \(r+1\) of which are collinear. An arc is classical if it lies on a normal rational curve. (A normal rational curve is a \(q+1\) arc.) As the title indicates, the authors determine the number of classical arcs for \(11\leq q\leq 19\).
