The authors consider system of equations describing the evolution of the Einstein gravitational field coupled to a perfect fluid. The system is considered in asymptotically flat spacetime (thus the energy density has either compact support or tends to zero at infinity). The authors prove local in time existence of solutions in the weighted fractional Sobolev spaces with weights of the type \((1+|x|)^{\delta}\). The initial data must satisfy constraint equations, which are intrinsic to the initial hypersurface.
