The concept of influence curve, as introduced by \textit{F. R. Hampel} [J. Am. Stat. Assoc. 69, 383-393 (1974; Zbl 0305.62031)], is applied and specified for ED 50 in quantal bioassay. These curves are derived for L-, M-, and R-estimators, especially for \(\alpha\)-trimmed Spearman-Kärber estimators. Their properties are demonstrated, their robustness is defined, and some examples are given.
