Es wird gezeigt, daß zwei endliche \(T_ 0\)-Räume schon äquivariant homotopieäquivalent sind, wenn es eine äquivariante Abbildung gibt, die eine gewöhnliche Homotopieäquivalenz ist. Daraus ergibt sich, daß der Raum der nichttrivalen p-Untergruppen einer gegebenen endlichen Gruppe G gerade dann zusammenziehbar ist, wenn G eine nichttrivale normale p-Untergruppe besitzt [siehe auch: \textit{D. Quillen}, Adv. Math. 28, 101-128 (1978; Zbl 0388.55007)].
