A weighing matrix \(W\) of order \(n\) and weight \(k\) is a \(n\times n\) square matrix with elements 1, \(-1\) and 0 such that \(WW'=kI_ n\), when \(I_ n\) is the identity matrix and \(W'\) is the transpose of \(W\). By a computer search 71 weighing matrices of order 13 and weight 9 were constructed and were classified into eight inequivalent classes.
