The authors investigated front-like entire solutions for monostable reaction-diffusion systems with cooperative and non-cooperative nonlinearities. Here an entire solution means a classical solution defined for the time variable \(t\in (-\infty,+\infty)\). In the cooperative case, they first established the existence and asymptotic behavior of spatially independent solutions. Furthermore, they established the existence and various qualitative properties of entire solutions by using the comparison principle and combining spatially independent solutions and traveling fronts with different wave speeds and propagation directions. In the non-cooperative case, they proved the existence of entire solutions by introducing two auxiliary cooperative systems and establishing appropriate comparison theorems. These results are applicable to some biological and epidemiological models.
