The paper studies three families of \(K3\) surfaces of Picard rank \(18\): \begin{itemize} \item[1.] A family \(\mathcal{X}\) of \(K3\) surfaces obtained as the minimal resolution of the blow-up of \(\mathbb{P}^2\) branched along \(6\) lines \(\ell_1,\ldots,\ell_6\), with \(\{\ell_1,\ell_2,\ell_3\}\) (and \(\{\ell_4,\ell_5,\ell_6\}\)) concurrent; \item[2.] A family of Kummer surfaces \(\mathrm{Kum}(\mathcal{E}_1\times \mathcal{E}_2)\) associated to the product of two non-isogenous elliptic curves; \item[3.] The family of Kummer surfaces \(\mathrm{Kum}(\mathrm{Jac}{~\mathcal{C}_0})\) associated to the Jacobian of a curve of genus \(2\) admitting an elliptic involution. \end{itemize} The main result of the paper provides explicit correspondences over \(\mathbb{Q}\) between surfaces in the three families. In particular, it follows that the \(4\)-dimensional Galois representations associated to the surfaces in the families are isomorphic. This extends a previous result by \textit{B. Van Geemen} and \textit{J. Top} [Bull. Lond. Math. Soc. 38, No. 2, 209--223 (2006; Zbl 1086.14032)], which proved a similar result for special subfamilies of the families considered in this paper. The correspondences are realized as graphs of special isogenies between the Kummer surfaces in the three families.
