    Let \((M, g, \eta )\) be a compact Sasakian manifold of dimension \(2n+1\). For each \(0\leq p\leq n\) the authors obtain the isomorphism \(Lef_{n-p}:H^{n-p}(M)\rightarrow H^{n+p+1}(M)\) given by \([\beta ]\rightarrow [\eta \wedge (d\eta )^p\wedge \prod _{\Delta }\beta ]\) where \(\prod _{\Delta }\beta \) denotes the orthogonal projection of \(\beta \) on the space of harmonic forms. Also, there are obtained some spectral properties of the Laplacian operator on differential forms. More precisely, given \(\alpha \in \Omega _{\Delta }^{n-p}(M)\) it is proved that \(\eta \wedge (d\eta )^k\wedge \alpha \) and \((d\eta )^{k-1}\wedge \alpha \) are eigenforms of the Laplacian with positive integer eigenvalues for all \(0\leq k\leq p-1\).
