Suppose that \(K\subset\mathbb{C}\) is a compact convex domain with the following properties: {\parindent = 0.6 cm \begin{itemize}\item[(1)] \(d\geq 2\Delta\), where \(d\) and \(\Delta\) are the diameter and transfinite diameter of \(K\), resp. \item[(2)] The boundary \(\gamma: [0,L]\to \Gamma=\partial K\) can be decomposed to a finite number \(k\) of adjoining pieces: \(\Gamma=\bigcup_{j=1}^k\Gamma_j\), each \(\Gamma_j\) being (the range of) a simple, convex Jordan arc \(\gamma_j: [v_j, v_{j+1}]\to \Gamma_j\) (\(j=1,\dots, k\), \(v_{k+1}=v_1\)). \item[(3)] There exist \(c>0\) and \(\delta\in (0,\Delta/2]\) such that each Jordan arc \(\gamma_j\) satisfies one of the following conditions: {\parindent=1.2 cm \begin{itemize}\item[(a)] \(|\ddot{\gamma}_j|\geq c\) \, a.e. on \, \([v_j, v_{j+1}]\) or \item[(b)] it is a straight line segment of length \, \(|\Gamma_j| \leq \Delta - \delta\). \end{itemize}} \item[(4)] There exists \(\xi\in (0,\pi/2]\) such that at each point \(V_j=\gamma(v_j)\) the boundary curve has an outer angle \(\Omega(V_j)=\alpha_{+}(v_j) - \alpha_{-}(v_j)\geq \lambda(j)\xi\), where \( \lambda(j)\) is the number of straight boundary pieces among \(\Gamma_{j-1}\) and \(\Gamma_j\), joining at \(V_j\) . \end{itemize}} The main result is the following: Theorem. Let \(K\) be a compact convex domain as defined above. Then there exists \(c_K>0\) such that for any complex polynomial \(P_n\) of degree \(n\) for which all zeros belong to \(K\) we have \[ \|P'_n\|_{L^q(\Gamma)} \geq c_Kn \|P_n\|_{L^q(\Gamma)}, \quad 1\leq q <\infty. \] This theorem extends some previous results on inverse Markov factors (see \, [\textit{P.Yu. Glazyrina} and \textit{S.G. Révész}, Math. Inequal. Appl. 20, No. 1, 149--180 (2017; Zbl 1357.41010)]).
