    The author studies the asymptotic behavior of the following nonautonomous semilinear parabolic BVP with almost periodic coefficients \[ u_ t=\Delta u+s(t)g(u) \quad\text{in}\quad (0,\infty)\times\Omega;\qquad u_ 0<u(t,x)<u_ 1 \quad\text{in}\quad (0,\infty)\times\Omega, \] \[ \partial u/\partial n=0 \qquad \text{on} \qquad (0,\infty)\times \partial\Omega, \] where \(u_ 0\), \(u_ 1\) are constants such that \(g\) is positive on \((u_ 0,u_ 1)\) and \(g'(u_ 0)\neq 0\) and \(g'(u_ 1)\neq 0\). The author proves that for a certain almost periodic function \(s(t)\) and any \(\nu\in[u_ 0,u_ 1]\), the ODE \((d/dt)u(t)=s(t)g(u)\) for \(t>0\), \(u(0)=\nu\), has an almost periodic solution \(\widehat u=\widehat u(t)\) and that any global solution \(u=u(t,x)\) of the parabolic BVP approaches some solution of solution \(\widehat u(t)\) of the above ODE as \(t\to\infty\).
